If you are sitting more than one exam, the bundle builder discounts them together:

Bundles — buying more than one exam

Most exams are one exam. A few certifications are made up of several exams that together earn one certificate — CompTIA A+ is the example: you sit Core 1 and…

Certifications sold as one product

This is the question we are asked most, so here it is plainly.

There are no subscriptions — nothing to cancel

Each exam sells three passes. They are one-time payments. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

The three passes — Starter, Standard and SurePass

You can move up a tier whenever you like — Starter to Standard, Starter to SurePass, Standard to SurePass — and you pay only the difference. When the difference is…

Upgrading your pass

This page is for anyone who already holds a free trial — new trials are closed, and purchase is the way in now. A trial is free, needs no card,…

What your free trial includes

Every pass runs for a fixed stretch from the moment you buy — 7 days on Starter, 30 on Standard, 365 on SurePass. A Lifetime pass bought before these went…

When your pass expires

You do not have to work it out. Open your exam's Guarantee page and it tells you where you stand against each bar, live, from your own results.

Am I qualified yet?

This is separate from the SurePass Guarantee. It is the plain "I bought the wrong thing" window, and it asks one thing of you: that you ask in time, and…

Changing your mind — the money-back window

Claims are filed in the app, not by email. Go to the exam you sat and open its Guarantee page. Email us only if the form itself will not let…

How to file a claim, step by step

Standard and SurePass can win your money back. SurePass can also win back what the testing provider charged you to sit the exam again. That second part is the SurePass…

Retake reimbursement (SurePass only)

Prepare with us, show us you were ready, and if you still don't pass, we make it right. It is a conditional guarantee — the conditions are below, in full.

The SurePass Guarantee in plain words

The guarantee is conditional, and the conditions are checked. Here is every reason a claim comes back refused, in the order they are usually hit.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
