This is the question we are asked most, so here it is plainly.
Capital Prep does not sell subscriptions. Every pass is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, no second charge is coming, and there is no plan sitting in the background waiting to bill you. There is nothing to cancel because there is nothing running.
That applies to all of it:
The free trial takes no card and does not turn into a paid pass. It does not expire either — it simply stays a trial until you decide to buy.
The 7-Day and 30-Day Passes run out and stop. They do not re-buy themselves.
Lifetime is paid once and never charged again.
So what do you do instead?
You bought the wrong thing and want your money back → ask inside the money-back window, which the Refund & SurePass Guarantee Policy states per pass.
You sat the exam and didn't pass → the SurePass Guarantee is the route; the Refund & SurePass Guarantee Policy sets out what qualifies.
You want to stop hearing from us → unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask support. See "Emails we send, and how to stop them".
You want your account gone entirely → you can delete it yourself. See "Deleting your account, and exporting your data".
If you see a charge you do not recognise, tell us — email [email protected] with the date and the amount. Your card statement shows CAPITAL PREP.
