The discount is always on. It is not a limited-time offer and it never disappears; what changes is the individual exams' own sale prices underneath it.
Every exam in a bundle is Lifetime, so a bundle carries the SurePass Guarantee Pro on each of its exams — refund and retake fee. On the retake fee, each qualifying exam is paid its true fee, with the total capped at the fee of the most expensive single exam in the bundle.
The builder will not let you build an invalid combination. Some exams cannot sensibly be bought together — alternative career tracks, or an exam whose material another already contains. Those combinations are simply not offered rather than warned about.
