When a page says it doesn't exist

Almost always one of these four.

Almost always one of these four.

1. You're signed in as someone else. Study pages belong to an account. If you signed in with a different email address than the one you bought or trialled with, the page for "your" exam genuinely isn't there for that account. Check the address under Account → Profile, and sign in with the right one.

2. The link is old. Links in old emails, old bookmarks and old screenshots can point at pages that have since moved. Go to your dashboard and navigate from there instead — everything current is reachable from it.

3. You don't have that exam. Study guide, practice and mock pages exist per exam. If you haven't started that exam, its pages aren't yours yet. Add it from Account → Your exams — see "Adding or switching your exam".

4. A typed URL. Exam addresses use the exam's short code, and a near-miss is a miss. Navigate rather than type.

If none of those fit, send us the address you were on — the whole thing from your browser's address bar — and what you clicked to get there. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it in one go.
