We do not sell your personal information for money
We do use advertising and measurement pixels — Meta, Google and TikTok — and under some US state laws that counts as "sharing" for targeted advertising. That is what the Do Not Sell page is about.
How to opt out of that sharing
Two routes, and the second is the one that binds us:
Adjust ad-personalisation settings on your device and on each ad platform.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell/Share". We record it against you and it stops ad identifiers going out with your conversions and stops retargeting-shaped marketing email.
Every request is worked by a person. There is no toggle in the app, and we would rather say so than show you a switch that does not do what it says.
What opting out does not change
It never touches your access, your purchases, your studying or any email you need to receive. And it does not stop the ordinary analytics we use to find bugs.
What we do and do not run
There is no cookie consent banner on Capital Prep. We are not asking you to dismiss one.
Card details are handled by Stripe; we never store a full card number.
Session replay (Microsoft Clarity) is disclosed in the Privacy Policy — text you type into forms is masked and is not captured.
Access and deletion
You can export your data and delete your account yourself, from Account → Privacy & data — see "Deleting your account, and exporting your data". Or email us and we will do it for you.
